Your health and safety are of utmost concern at FootWorks Physical Therapy and illnesses are being taken very seriously.  ​

 

If you are currently sick with any illness and / or showing symptoms of COVID-19, do not come in and please reshedule your appointment.  Any late cancellation fees will be waived. 

 

Within the past 3 weeks, if you have been in contact with others who have shown signs and symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
