Coronavirus Safety Measures

Your health and safety is of utmost concern at FootWorks Physical Therapy and the cornavirus risk is being taken very seriously.

What to expect regarding Coronavirus Safety Measures - 

 

If you are currently sick with any illness and / or showing symptoms of COVID-19, do not come in and please reshedule your appointment.  Any late cancellation fees will be waived. 

 

Within the past 3 weeks, if you have been in contact with others who have shown signs and symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.  

 

1.  I require that you wear a mask during your visit.  If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

2.  I will wear a mask.

3.  Your temperature will be taken with a no touch thermometer.  If your temp is above 99.5deg you will be asked to reschedule. 

3.  You will be asked to wash your hands when you enter the clinic.

4.  Surfaces of the clinic will be sterilized between clients.
